If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Services Description
NextNest Smart Living provides smart home automation solutions including but not limited to:
- Home automation system design and installation
- Smart security system implementation
- Lighting and climate control automation
- Home entertainment system integration
- Energy management solutions
- Consultation and technical support services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Consultations and Quotations
All consultations provided by NextNest Smart Living are free of charge and without obligation. Following the consultation, we will provide a detailed quotation for the proposed services.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on product availability, specification changes, or market conditions.
4. Payments and Cancellations
A 30% deposit is required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the deposit.
5. Installation and Warranty
All installations are performed by certified technicians. The installation timeframe will be provided in your quotation and may vary based on project complexity.
NextNest Smart Living provides a 2-year warranty on all installation workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to all products installed, and warranty details will be provided upon installation completion.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or factors beyond our control such as power surges, natural disasters, or accidents.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on our website and services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the website, is the property of NextNest Smart Living or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextNest Smart Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any content obtained from our services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
